Q. Is There A Franchise Agreement?

A. Yes. We offer a comprehensive Franchise Agreement to protect both Parties.

A copy of the Franchise Agreement is available on request.

Q. A lot of Franchises Charge ‘Royalties’.. Do These Royalties Apply to a Hypasol Franchise?

A. No. There are no Royalties to pay we simply ask Franchisee’s to stay loyal to the HYPASOL brand.

Q. How Long Does The Training Last?

A. Because individuals possess different levels of experience, our training varies depending on your current knowledge of our industry. Training can be carried out in a single day or, for less experienced Franchisee’s, we can offer 3 or 4 days training. We assess the level of training required prior to finalising the Franchise agreement.

Q. Will I Pay More If I Need More Training?

A. No. It is of benefit to all parties if you feel comfortable and ready to make a success of your first business, hence the reason we suit the training to individual needs.

Q. Do I Have To Pay A Lump Sum or Do You Offer Credit To Pay For The Franchises?

A. We do offer flexible payment terms on Franchises (with the exception of the Level 4 Franchise). We like to think that we are flexible and are able to work with our Franchise Partners and consider all applications irrelevant of their credit status.

Q. Are There Any Ongoing Franchise Fee’s?

A. The Franchise Agreement is offered on an annual ’rolling contract’ basis.

Although there is no actual Fee we do ask for a minimum Sales Target is achieved to ensure our Franchisee’s are actively promoting HYPASOL Products.
